Jim has been in mortgage banking for over 20 years. He is a Certified Mortgage Banker and Accredited Mortgage Professional as designated by the Mortgage Bankers Association of America (MBAA). In addition, he served on the MBAA's Residential Board of Governors from 2006 - 2012. He is past president of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Fayetteville, NC. Jim served four years in the U.S. Army as an Electronic Warfare Specialist/German Linguist. He attended the University of North Carolina at Wilmington where he earned his BA in Psychology and MBA in Finance. Jim grew up in Fayetteville, NC, where he lives with his wife and two children.
